Solutions

Everything between the shelf and the back office.

We specify, source, stage, and install the four technology layers of a modern store. Each one can be bought on its own. They work best when one partner is accountable for how they fit together.

01   Store devices and point of sale

The hardware your associates touch every hour of every shift.

POS and mobility hardware is where store technology either earns trust or loses it. We match terminals, handhelds, scanners, and printers to the lane layouts, transaction mix, and software stack you already run, then stage every unit so it arrives configured, labeled, and ready to mount.

What we supply

  • Fixed POS terminals, customer displays, and payment pin pads
  • Self-checkout and assisted-checkout stations
  • Rugged handheld mobile computers and tablets
  • Barcode scanners, receipt printers, and label printers
  • Electronic shelf labels and interactive kiosks
  • Mounts, cradles, cabling, and power

Where it fits

  • Lane and self-checkout refreshes across a chain
  • New store openings on a fixed calendar
  • Adding mobile POS or line-busting without re-platforming
  • Replacing end-of-life devices before support ends
  • Standardizing hardware after an acquisition

02   Computer vision and loss prevention

Cameras that answer operational questions, not just record.

Shrink at self-checkout, empty shelves, and long queues are visible problems that stores have historically measured by hand. Computer vision systems running on in-store edge hardware detect them in real time and send the right alert to the right associate. We handle the cameras, the compute, the network path, and the install, and we work with the analytics vendor you choose.

What we supply

  • Overhead and lane cameras specified for the detection use case
  • Edge inference appliances and GPU-capable in-store servers
  • PoE switching and structured cabling for camera runs
  • Integration with POS data for missed-scan detection
  • Mounting, aiming, and commissioning on site

Where it fits

  • Self-checkout loss prevention and intervention
  • On-shelf availability and planogram compliance
  • Queue length and lane-open recommendations
  • Traffic and dwell analytics for merchandising
  • Pilots in a handful of stores before a chain-wide decision

03   Networking and edge infrastructure

The store keeps selling when the internet does not.

Every device on the floor depends on a small stack in the back room. We design and deploy store networks that are simple to run from a central console, with cellular failover for the WAN and enough local compute to keep POS, vision, and back-office applications running through an outage.

What we supply

  • Wi-Fi access points and PoE switching sized for the floor plan
  • SD-WAN appliances with LTE or 5G failover
  • Compact edge servers and hyperconverged nodes for in-store workloads
  • Wall-mount racks, UPS power, and environmental monitoring
  • Cloud management and zero-touch provisioning

Where it fits

  • Replacing aging store networks chain-wide on a schedule
  • Standing up infrastructure for new vision or IoT workloads
  • Consolidating per-store servers onto a managed edge platform
  • Adding resilient connectivity to remote or rural locations
  • Segmenting payment traffic for PCI scope reduction

04   Deployment and field services

A rollout plan your store managers will actually like.

Hardware is the easy part. Getting it installed across dozens of locations on a schedule, without disrupting trade, is where projects stall. We stage in Texas, ship per-store kits, and coordinate a vetted technician network so each site gets a planned visit, a checklist, and a sign-off photo.

What we deliver

  • Site surveys and as-built documentation
  • Staging, imaging, asset tagging, and per-store kitting
  • Scheduled installs around store hours, with manager coordination
  • De-installation and responsible disposal of legacy hardware
  • Break-fix, advance replacement, and warranty handling
  • Lifecycle planning for the next refresh

How it is priced

  • Per-site install pricing with a published scope
  • Staging bundled into the hardware quote
  • Optional annual support agreements per location
  • Time-and-materials for surveys and one-off work

Ways to engage

Buy what you need, the way you need it.

Some retailers want a full turnkey project. Others have an in-house team and need a reliable source for hardware. We work both ways, and we are transparent about which one you are buying.

Hardware only

Supply

Quotes across manufacturers through authorized distribution, with warranty registration and drop-ship to your sites or depot. Good for teams that run their own installs.

Most common

Supply, stage, and install

The full rollout: bill of materials, staging and kitting, scheduled installation at every location, and post-go-live support. One contract, one schedule, one point of contact.

Advisory

Specify and refer

When a project calls for a specialist platform or integrator, we scope it, introduce the right partner, and stay involved so the handoff is clean. We disclose any referral arrangement up front.

Next step

Tell us about the stores.

Store count, formats, and the problem you are solving are enough to start. We will come back with a scope and a budget range.
